Our Experience
We work side by side with homeowners, architects, and builders to ensure every site design fits seamlessly with the existing property and neighborhood.
Our team navigates County review agencies on your behalf — keeping your project compliant with zoning, stormwater, and tree protection requirements so you don’t have to.
Over 20 Years of Trusted Service
Founded on February 27, 2004, Potomac Valley Surveys has built a reputation for precision, reliability, and responsive service across Maryland. Under new ownership since December 2025, the firm continues that legacy — now led by Robert Walker, a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Maryland and Delaware with over two decades of industry experience. We are proud members of the Maryland Society of Surveyors.
